Major Additions:
All abiliites have been extremelly altered by calculating the change in mana and hp pools from the recent
patches. This has caused all spells to cost about 33% less, and spells to heal and damage 50% of their
previous amounts. This should be close to one of the final steps in bringing back the balance there
once was, and allowing the implementing of more items and recipes to continue.
Heroes:
~Stalker
-Fixed Keen Eye Tooltip
~Ranger
-Movement speed reduction from cold arrows reduced to 30%/40%/50%/60% from 30%/45%/55%/70%
~Forgotten Rogue
-Damage on Flash Bomb greater reduced.
-Critical strike damage bonus from cheap shot has been reduced to 1.5 from 2.
-The stun duration from cheap shot has been reduced to 1 second on heroes from 3.
~Mana Feeder
-Cooldown on corrupt mana reduced to 90 seconds from 120 seconds.
~Storm Shaman
-Cooldown on hain lightning increased to 6 seconds form 4 seconds.
-For Static Discharge to proc the attacking unit must be within melee range of the Shaman. This does
not mean the attacker must be melee, it simply means the attacker must be within melee range.
~Blademaster
-Blademaster's Mirror Images now take 4 times normal damage (originally 2 times damage)
-Windwalk duration has been reduced to 20/30/40/40 from 20/45/60/60
~Warlock
-Frost armor now gives 1/2/3/4 armor bonus.
-Raise Dead has been renamed to Raise Skeletons.
~Druid
-Increased damage per second on roots to 5/7/10/15 from 5/5/5/5
-Increased duration of Entangling Roots on heroes to 3 from 2.
Units:
Items:
-Int based weapon tiers have had their mana regeneration reduced to 0/.2/.4/.6/.8/1 for each respective
tier from 0%/5%/10%/15%/20%/25%. The original percentages were much too large, and this set value
should bring some balance to the mana regeneration.
-Removed boots of speed from the One-Stop-Shop

Heroes:
-All heroes should now have some starting armor.
-Primary Attributes now give .05 attack bonus per point (originally was 1)
-Attack Speed Bonus per agility point is now 0.01 (originally was 0.02)
-The default ability level skips for all heroes has been changed to 3 levels (originally 2)
This should require heroes start reaching a higher level before they are able to max out their skills.
-Attribute bonus will remain at a level skip of 2.
~Retribution Paladin
-Holy Fire tooltip should now correctly display the amount it heals.
~Druid
-One with Earth transformation should give the proper HP bonus for Rank 2, and no longer lower HP
when using Rank 1.

-Pit Lord's Rune of Infernal power has been renamed to Rune of Infernal Power as it's long name was
causing extra letters to appear at the end of its name.
-White Gem now has an ON USE description.
