First I would like to say that the concept of "Siege" is great. But I feel that there is plenty of room for improvement.
One of the things is the Items.
Hero's weapons all give the same bonuses. Whether you're an Archmage, a Blade Master, a Mana Leech, you will still get the same bonuses from the same weapons.
It is not very fair to certain characters, for example, the Blade Master, with Critical Strike, benifits a lot more from the +100 damage from a Lv6 weapon, whilst someone like the Archmage would find litte use for their damage.
I think Weapons should be remade to give appropriate stats for the specific hero, for example, an INT hero would gain perhaps INT bonus, Mana Regeneration etc. etc. from their weapons rather than just plain simple damage.
Another thing that bugs me is that Gems have little to no use. You would only want to upgrade weapons with Gems and nothing more. I feel that Gems should be essential to upgrading/creating more items/weapons.
For example, some items in-game can be re-worked to require Gems to transmute them, IE Hearthstone.

we working on addign mroe items but due to the current time limit its good for now a workable and balanced verison must be done by end of the month so.

Hey Light, thanks for the suggestions. I do have plans to add in some more item recipes requiring the gems, as you are correct they are useless for anything other than vendor trash and upgrading your weapon tier. I am also conceptualizing a system where they give passive or active bonuses, such as using the red gem will cast a small fire spell on a target enemy, or consuming a pristine will make you invulnerable for a short period of time.
I agree with the weapon tiers ending up imbalanced because of certain heroes actually benefiting more from primary stats and weapon damage. I have it in my very large list-of-things-to-do to think of how to balance weapons for each hero. I could use some help with suggestions on how each hero's weapon stats should look.

Perhaps they give the hero's main attribute rather than simply a stats boost to all? Suitable Caster Weapon Stats: +INT, +Mana Regeneration, +Reset all Cooldowns, +Mana Shield, +Health (?), +Nuking Spell Suitable AGI Weapon Stats: +DMG, +ATKSpd, +AGI, +Movement Speed, +Active MS/ASPD buff Suitable STR Weapon Stats: +STR, +HP, +HP Regain, +HP Regain (%), +Damage Return That would be all .

um agi heroes and str heroes are OP atm so the items have been redone to nerf the Op of the heroes.

If you check the change logs you can see some of the changes going on in the current closed beta of SIEGE!'s item and stat revamp. Some of them are similar to your suggestions. After we've balanced out the current items, tier weapons, npc stats, and hero stats then we'll be moving on to adding hero specific bonuses to tier weapons and items, such as lowering cooldown on abilities, or increasing specific spell potency (such as the warlocks skeletons being stronger if he has Tier 6).
