Major Additions:
Major Balancing and Polishing tweaks.
The file size of Siege has dramatically increased due to the addition of new custom models and effects.
Mana Cannon!
You can now purchase a mana cannon at the Goblin Laboratory for 2500 gold to rain a hail of
destructive energy down upon your foes causing 80 damage per second for 10 seconds in an area of
size 700 with a cast range of 3000. The mana cannon breaks after one use.
Heroes:
~Blademaster
-Berserk duration decreased to 10 seconds from 15.
-Berserk armor reduction penalty reduced to 2 from 10.
-Sonic Blade damage changed to 75/100/125/150 from 37.5/62.5/100/150.
-Sonic Blade Mana cost changed to 20/40/60/80 from 72/72/72/72.
-Berserk Mana cost changed to 25/50/75/100 from 100/100/100/100.
-Bladestorm mana cost reduced to 100/100 from 130/130.
~Demon Hunter
-Cripple mana cost changed to 25/50/75/100 from 50/50/50/50.
-Damage dealt by immolation changed to 5/10/15/20 from 5/8/11/15.

-Volley tooltip now states its correct damage output and that it is physical damage.

-Damage dealt by searing arrows increased to 5/10/15/20 from 3/6/9/12.
-The Poison inflicted by the scorpions no longer stacks.
-The Scorpion poison has had its damage increased to 25 damage per second from 15.
~Wizard
-Blizzard research hotkey fixed.
-Frost Nova direct damage dealt changed to 40/60/80/100 from 50/62.5/75/87.5.
-Frost Nova mana cost changed to 40/60/80/100 from 82/82/82/82.
-Water Elemental mana cost changed to 40/60/80/100 from 80/80/80/80.
-Frost Armor cooldown reduced to 1 second from 2.
-Frost Armor tooltip should display the correct armor increase amount.

-Thrill of Victory has been renamed to Finesse.

-Duration of Shadow Strike on Heroes reduced to 2 seconds from 6.
-Shadow Strike cooldown increased to 10 seconds from 8.
-Phantasm duration reduced to 20 seconds from 25.
-Images created from Phantasm now take double damage (was normal damage taken).
-Images created from Phantasm have had their damage reduced to 20% from 30%.
-In addition to the original effects, Phantasm will now set the Warden's health to 40% of her
maximum health if her current hit points are less than that amount.
~Retribution Paladin
-Seal of Justice mana cost changed to 20/30/40/50 from 43/43/43/43.
-Holy Fire mana cost changed to 20/40/60/80 from 75/75/75/75.
-Holy Fire cooldown reduced to 12 seconds from 17.
-Beacon of Light buff and debuff durations reduced to 20 seconds from 30.
-Beacon of Light attack damage increase reduced to 10% from 30%.
-Beacon of Light debuff duration reduced to 10 seconds on heroes from 20. The duration on normal
units remains unchanged.
~Heir to the Throne
-Updated Tavern tooltip.
-Lordly Presence has been renamed to Royal Blood
-Royal Blood now only increases the Heir's attack power.
-Lesser Holy Light mana cost changed to 20/30/40/50 from 40/40/40/40.
-Shockwave now deals damage to air units in addition to land.
~Druid
-Rejuvenation has been replaced by Summon Ancient
-Tranquility mana cost changed to 60/90/120/150 from 65/90/105/130.
-Tranquility periodic healing changed to 10/20/30/40.
-Channeling time of Tranquility reduced to 10 from 30.
-One with Nature mana cost increased to 100 from 50.
-One with Nature forms have had their speed reduced to 350 from 365.
-One with Nature Rank 1 now gives a 30 damage bonus to the Druid's attacks.
-One with Nature Rank 2 now gives a 50 damage bonus to the Druid's attacks.
-One with Nature Rank 2 has had its hit pint bonus reduced to 200 from 500.
~Shadow Hunter
-Healing Wave mana cost changed to 25/50/75/100 from 60/60/60/60.
-Serpent Ward mana cost changed to 10/20/30/40 from 20/20/20/20.
~Tauren Chieftan
-Shockwave damage changed to 50/100/150/200 from 37.5/65/100/150.

Units:
-Changed the model of the Northern and Southern King.
-Changed the model of the King's Defender.
-Goblin Siege golem hit points reduced to 6000 from 9000.
-Goblin Siege golem base damage reduced to 90 from 110.
-Treant spawn unit death can now allow abilities related to it to proc properly (such as Black Arrow).
-Goblin Laboratory has had its Reveal ability removed.
-Land Rover removed from the game.
Items:
-Rune of Infernal Power is now known as Rune of Demonic power.
-Rune of Demonic Power has had its on use ability changed from a summoned infernal to a massive AoE
explosion with lingering damage.
-Runes of Power now all share the same cooldown.
-The cooldown on Rune of Demonic Power, Keeper's Rune of the Earth, and Ancient's Rune of Animation
are now set at 180 seconds.
-Keeper's Rune of Earth now has a special effect to the summoning.
-Keeper's Rune of Earth now deals 100 damage to nearby enemies of the summoned keeper when he is
summoned.
-The summoned keeper from Keeper's Rune of Earth now lasts 25 seconds (was 15 seconds).
Misc:
-The Blacksmith and Goblin Quest NPCs will now display the same quest ping and messages as -q would when
a hero walks next to them.
-Did some behind the scenes code cleanup
-Cleaned up some tooltips.
